DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT
• On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur and if a defective product has been delivered, we will replace it and re-deliver free-of-charge.
• If a wrong product has been delivered other than the one ordered, we will replace it and re-deliver free-of-charge or refund you the amount that was paid for that product.
• All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible and re-delivered free-of-charge.
RETURN OR REFUND
• Please check the product(s) before signing the receipt, afterwhich, it would be deemed you have received the product(s) in good condition and subsequent returns or refunds would not be entertained. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges—there are no exceptions to this.
• All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 5 to 10 working days less an administrative fee of 5% on the total invoice.
• Returns/Refunds will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
a) If any product(s) have been delivered in a damaged condition, or a defective merchandise, or if a product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong product is delivered, we will replace the product or refund you the amount paid for that product. A defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacture defects at the point of receipt such as stains (before washing), holes, tears, pills, rust, dents, cracks.
b) If any product not included in your order is delivered, we will collect it without consequence.
c) If a product you have been charged for has not been delivered, we shall either re-deliver the product free-of-charge, or refund you the amount paid for the product.
