Orders & Shipping

Upon order completion, your purchase will be delivered to you within 7 days.

For self pick-up, you will be contacted within 2 working days upon order completion to schedule a pick-up appointment.

To create a RizonHome account:

  • click here
  • Under Register, enter your username and email address
  •  Tick the “I’m not a Robot” checkbox
  • Click the “Register” button

A link to set a new password will be sent to your email address. Voilà! You can start shopping and earn cashback rewards.

To edit your shipping address

  • click here; or
  • click on My Account to log in. Select “Addresses” on the sidebar to edit your billing and shipping addresses.

We don’t require you to store your credit card details in your RizonHome account. However, you can choose to do so for ease of checkout.

Currently, we only process orders that ship within Singapore. 

If you are residing overseas and wish to make a purchase, you can contact us for:

  • a quote on shipping to your destination;
  • an arrangement for your courier to pick up the shipment

Once the arrangement has been made, you would be able to make payment and we will process the order accordingly and keep you posted every step of the way. 

All products listed in RizonHome is inclusive of the 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST) for Singapore. 

If you are not in Singapore and your shipping address is overseas, you will not be subject to this 9% GST. However, you will borne your own shipping or handling fees or import duties.

Returns & Exchanges

On a rare occasion, a manufacturing fault may occur and if a defective product has been delivered, we will replace it and re-deliver free-of-charge.

If a wrong product has been delivered other than the one ordered, we will replace it and re-deliver free-of-charge or refund you the amount that was paid for that product.

All refunds will be made in the form of cashback credits to the customer’s online RizonHome wallet.

Please check the product(s) before signing the receipt, afterwhich, it would be deemed you have received the product(s) in good condition and subsequent returns or refunds would not be entertained. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges—there are no exceptions to this.

We strictly do not entertain change-of-mind order cancellations—there are no exceptions to this.

For change of order, e.g. colour/design choice and/or order quantity, do contact us and we will try to help. Note that we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis and the final decision is subject to our sole and absolute discretion. 

In the rare event that we allow for cancellation out of goodwill, there will be an administrative fee of 5% on the total payment. You will receive your refund in the Credit Card you made payment with – 5% administrative fee.
