1.1 In these Terms and Conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings:
• “Customer” (“he“, “his“, “she” or “her“) shall mean you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login.
• “Intellectual Property” shall mean all intellectual property rights of whatsoever nature, including (without limitation) patents, designs, present and future trademark or copyright, whether or not registered or registrable by any means, and the right to file an application for registration thereof.

• “Delivery” shall mean delivering to a Singapore address.
• “RizonHome” (“we“, “us” or “our“) shall mean RIZON MILLENIUM ENTERPRISE who is the seller of the products by this Website.
• “This Website” shall mean this Internet site (including its social media channels and/or platforms) or catalogues owned by RizonHome and the medium by which Products are offered for sale and/or services (such as social media contests / promotions) offered by RizonHome to the Customer. Any reference to gender in these Terms and Conditions shall include all genders.
• “Cashback” shall mean RizonHome’s Cashback loyalty programme.
• “Wallet” shall mean the Cashback account of the Customer under his/her Login.
1.2 Only registered members will be able to purchase from this Website. All the Products sold by RizonHome through this Website are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing by this Website, you confirm and affirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in the form in which they appear at the time your order is submitted for processing.
1.3 The Customer shall agree to complete the registration process according to RizonHome’s requirements as stated on this Website. The Customer shall provide RizonHome with complete and updated information which shall include (but shall not be limited to) the Customer’s legal name, address, telephone/mobile and e-mail address.
1.4 Registration is open only to residents in Singapore aged 18 and above. RizonHome has the absolute discretion to refuse the registration of a potential Customer for any reason whatsoever and to terminate the registration of any of its Customers for any reason whatsoever.
1.5 The Customer will be liable for every order made under his/her Login and agrees to indemnify RizonHome for all claims, damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the Products using the Customer’s Login. The Customer shall be responsible for updating his/her registration information.
1.6 The Customer may place his/her order via our website at: https://www.rizonhome.com. The Customer will receive a confirmation of receipt of order via e-mail. For the avoidance of doubt, such confirmation of receipt of orders does not guarantee stock availability.
1.7 For orders of value SGD150 or more per Delivery per location, the Customer will be entitled to free Delivery. For orders of less than SGD150 per Delivery per location, there will be a Delivery charge of SGD10. Additional Delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location, etc. RizonHome shall make every effort to fulfil orders placed by Customers through this Website, but RizonHome shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfil an order for whatever reason, or if RizonHome is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change to the Products (as the case may be), or because the Products may be unavailable.
1.8 Access to this Website is gained through use of a personal email address and password. The Customer shall ensure that his/her email address and password are kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorised use. RizonHome shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorised entry to this Website. However, RizonHome shall not be liable for any damages or losses whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to this Website.
1.9 Any and all comments, posts or content posted or submitted or published on this Website (including its social media channels and/or platforms) by Customer or any visitor or user (“User Generated Contents” are subject to the following terms:
a) RizonHome shall be entitled to use, make or reproduce, disclose, distribute, create derivative works of such User Generated Contents, for any purposes whatsoever, without restriction and without any compensation to you. RizonHome is not and shall not be subjected to any obligations or confidentiality regarding the content, except where required by law. RizonHome is under no obligation to use or post any User Generated Contents.
b) All User Generated Contents, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originates. The Customer will be solely and entirely responsible for any and all User Generated Contents that he/she uploads, posts, shares or otherwise displays. Under no circumstances will RizonHome be liable in any way for User Generated Contents including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any User Generated Contents or for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever and howsoever incurred as a result of the use of and/or reliance on any User Generated Contents.
c) RizonHome reserves the right to remove any User Generated Contents that is not relevant and/or which RizonHome in its own discretion deems inappropriate.
2.1 RizonHome shall make every effort to ensure that the prices, details and sizes of Products detailed by this Website are correct but we reserve the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.
2.2 In the event of different special offers or promotions being made available to the Customer simultaneously for the same Product, the Customer may elect one such offer or promotion per Product but shall not be entitled to a combination of all such offers or promotions per Product.
2.3 If the Customer requests a variation to the order which RizonHome accepts then the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation and shall be recorded on the final bill presented to the Customer at the time of delivery.
2.4 RizonHome may from time to time set credit limits for individual Customers and we reserve the right to limit sales including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
3.1 All payment transactions will be in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
3.2 Payment for Products ordered through this Website can be made by the VISA card, Mastercard and American Express Card.
3.3 RizonHome may change at any time the method by which payments for this Website’s orders may be effected and such changes may be notified to the Customer by e-mail or by placing a notice to this effect on this Website.
4.1 RizonHome shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the Delivery address (specified by the Customer on the registration form) within 7 working days upon completion of order but we shall not be liable for any delays in its Delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of RizonHome.
4.2 RizonHome will only effect Delivery to mainland Singapore except Jurong Island.
• Upon order completion, Delivery will be made within 7 working days
• Free Delivery for order value of SGD150 and above per Delivery per location
• SGD10 Delivery fee for order value of less than SGD150 per Delivery per location
• SGD40 Express Delivery fee for delivery made between 1 and 2 working days
4.3 Bulk orders (as determined by RizonHome in its sole discretion) shall be delivered within 7 working days after such orders. RizonHome shall not be liable to any person if we shall decline to fulfil a BULK order for whatever reason.
4.4 The Customer is to notify RizonHome immediately of a change to his/her Delivery address and contact number.
4.5 Save where the Customer has specifically instructed RizonHome to leave his/her Delivery outside the door (which shall be at the Customer’s risk) and have already paid for the same, all Deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer on the Delivery invoices.
4.6 If for any reason the Customer or anyone who is authorised to receive the Delivery is not home, and no prior instructions have been made by the Customer to leave the Delivery outside the door, RizonHome shall attempt the Delivery at another time but reserves the right to charge the Customer an additional re-delivery fee of SGD10.
5. SELF PICK-UP (WITHIN SINGAPORE)
5.1 If the Customer opted to self pick-up his/her order instead of having it delivered, he/she may do so at our office located opposite IMM Jurong. The full address will be indicated via email upon confirmation of your appointment.
5.2 RizonHome will contact the Customer to schedule a pick-up appointment within 2 working days from order completion.
5.3 RizonHome will not reimburse any transport expenses the Customer incurred for self pick-up.
5.4 All self pick-ups have to be completed within 1 month from the date the order was made. After 1 month, RizonHome reserves the right to dispose of the items. No refund or store credit will be given.
5.5 Self pick-ups are available Mondays to Saturdays during office hours:
Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 12pm
Self pick-ups are not available on public holidays.

6. CANCELLATION/VARIATION OF ORDER
6.1 We strictly do not entertain change-of-mind order cancellations—there are no exceptions to this.
6.2 In the rare event that an order cancellation is the only solution, the Customer has to bear an administrative fee of 5% on the total invoice. The refund will be total invoice amount – 5% administrative fee.
6.3 Any shipping fees that were charged will not be refunded. Therefore, please check your order carefully before proceeding to payment.
6.4 RizonHome will not bear any charges incurred by customers during the process of return, exchange or refund of merchandise.
6.5 Subject to the Customer’s consent, RizonHome may substitute a Product for another similar Product if the initial Product ordered by the Customer is unavailable. If there is no prior consent from the customer for a substitution, no substitution shall be made.
7. PROPERTY RISK
All risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer’s delivery address but RizonHome shall retain title in the Products until such time as payment for the Products has been effected.
8. RETURNS OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
8.1 Pictures of products provided on this Website are (i) provided for illustration purposes and to help with their identification; and (ii) subject to redesign and/or improvement and/or changes without notice. While we take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, details and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was input into the system, the information may be different by the time an order is placed. Images shown are indicative representations, actual product colour or design may vary.
8.2 All goods signed and received in good condition are non-returnable and non-refundable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges—there are no exceptions to this.
8.3 RizonHome shall use its best efforts to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy, please notify us via our online form or call this Website’s hotline at (65) 6565 0111 by the next day.
Returns/Refunds will only be entertained under the following circumstances:
a. If any Product(s) have been delivered in a damaged condition, or a defective merchandise, or if a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, or if the wrong Product is delivered, RizonHome shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the Product. A defective merchandise is defined as an item that has manufacture defects at the point of receipt such as stains (before washing), holes, tears, pills, rust, dents, cracks.
b. If any Product which was not included in the Customer’s order is delivered to the Customer, RizonHome shall collect the Product from the Customer.
c. If the Customer has been charged for a Product which has not been delivered, RizonHome shall either re-deliver the Product free-of-charge, or refund the Customer the value of the Product as originally charged to the Customer.
8.4 All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment on which the original purchase was made within 5 to 10 working days less an administrative fee of 5%.
8.5 All replacements of Products shall be effected in the shortest time possible and re-delivered free-of-charge.
9. CASHBACK LOYALTY PROGRAMME
9.1 RizonHome awards 5% Cashback to Customers on all purchases made through this Website.
9.2 The 5% Cashback is in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and calculated based on the nett payable amount on each order transaction, post any discount codes and/or wallet deduction. Shipping fees are not eligible for cashback.
9.3 The Cashback earned will be credited to the Customer’s wallet in his/her account and the amount will be automatically applied to offset his/her next purchase.
9.4 In the event of an order cancellation or refund, the Cashback that was credited with the order will be debited accordingly; and any Cashback that was used to offset the order would be credited back to the Customer’s wallet.
9.5 The Cashback value in the Customer’s wallet cannot be withdrawn and is not exchangeable for cash. It can only be used to offset purchases made on this Website.
9.6 The Cashback value in the Customer’s wallet has no expiry date.
9.7 RizonHome reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions relating to the Cashback Loyalty Programme and the Customer’s wallet with or without notice.
9.8 RizonHome reserves the right to terminate the Cashback Loyalty Programme and the Customer’s wallet at its sole discretion and without notice or compensation.
10.1 To the extent permitted by law, all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Products supplied, are expressly excluded.
10.2 No agent or representative of RizonHome is authorised to make any warranties, representations or statements regarding the Products and RizonHome shall not in any way be bound by any such unauthorised warranties, representations or statements.
11.1 The liability of RizonHome whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Products or any other breach of RizonHome’s obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Products.
11.2 RizonHome shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damage or loss of any kind whatsoever nor shall RizonHome be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Customer’s servants, agents, buyers or other persons whatsoever.
11.3 The Customer shall ensure that the Products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Products. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that RizonHome assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and RizonHome shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Products shall be accepted by the Customer entirely at the Customer’s risk.
12. INTERLLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 All right, title and interest in all Intellectual Property in all concepts, systems, written, graphic and other material relating to this Website shall at all times remain the property of RizonHome.
12.2 RizonHome and other parties own the trade marks, logos and service marks displayed on this site/catalogue and/or in connection with the Products and Customers and on-line visitors are prohibited from using the same without the written permission of RizonHome or such other parties.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
13.1 If the performance by RizonHome or any of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions is prevented by any “force majeure” event (which shall include any fire, accident, act of God, natural disaster, pandemics, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the government of Singapore or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of RizonHome), RizonHome shall be excused from such performance to the extent it is so prevented.
14. VARIATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
14.1 RizonHome reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. RizonHome may, but does not undertake, to notify the Customer of such changes. It is the Customer’s responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order and RizonHome shall have no responsibility to notify the Customer of any changes to the Terms and Conditions prior to the coming into effect of such changes or otherwise.
15. APPLICABLE LAW
15.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Customer and RizonHome agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
16.2 Any questions, comments, suggestions or information other than personal data sent or posted to this site, or any part of this site by Online Customers and visitors will be deemed voluntarily provided to RizonHome on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis. RizonHome reserves the right to use, reproduce, disclose, transmit, publish, broadcast and/or post elsewhere such information freely, including passing it to any associated company for example, in connection with the development, manufacture and marketing of products and services or to meet Customer’s needs.
16.3 RizonHome will disclose Customer’s personal data, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

b. Protect and defend the rights or property of RizonHome; and
c. Act under exigent circumstances in the interest of Customer, visitors of the Website, RizonHome, or the public.
